How do I get in touch with customer service?
1. EmaIl us at hello@yella-activewear.com. Include your reason for reaching out in the subject line. If it's regarding a specific order, please include the order #.
We respond to email inquiries M-F within 24-48 hours.
2. Call or text us at (213) 973-390. We respond between 9:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST with any inquiries. If we are unavailable, leave us a voice message or text with inquiry details and we'll follow up ASAP.

Where is my order?
Uh-oh! There are a few ways to check…
1. If you have an account with us, log-in and review your order history. Double check the shipping confirmation email with tracking details. We send all our orders with USPS or Sendle.
2. If you’re still having trouble finding out where your order, please send us an email at hello@yella-activewear and we’ll get to the bottom of this.
What size is right for me?
Our items run true to size, but we always say that if you are between sizes, size up!
Under each product, you’ll find a Size Chart link and it will outline the sizing information for that specific product.
Our seamless collection (linked) is on the compressive side, so if you don’t want a super tight fit, we recommend sizing up.
For our Italian & Turkish collection, we recommend sticking with your regular tops & bottoms sizing.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer e-cards starting at $50.00. Find them here.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We use the Shop Pay-in-Four Installment plan. Once you've reached the checkout page you'll see an option for Shop Pay - Pay in Full or 4 Installments. Select the option and you'll be redirected to the Shop Pay checkout.

Who started Yella?
Daniella M. is the founder of YELLA. She was inspired by her father’s dedication to movement and the values he passed on to her to move her body everyday as a means to living a healthy, happy & productive life. You can read our full story here.
What is the design inspiration behind the current collection?
Our inspiration always comes from our fabrics. We build our garments around the specialty fabrics we select. Hand-feel is so important, so we have to create a product that emphasizes just that.
What is the Movement Club?
We are so glad you asked! The Movement Club is a place where you’ll find movement inspiration, stories of great movement motivators and discussions on topics ranging from health & wellness to movement tips.
Where are Yella pieces made?
We make our merchandise in select manufacturers around the world. Currently, we produce in Italy, Turkey & Portugal. We hope to expand to some other exciting countries that we feel are on the forefront of advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Does Yella work with ethical factories?
Yes, from suppliers to manufacturers all the factories we work with adhere to strict EU guidelines.
While not all of them, most factories are family owned businesses passed down through generations.
Our main fabric suppliers are Oeko-Tex, Textile and Health, GRS, RWS, BCI, Supima®, REACH certified & Blue Designed Certified.
Do you work with non-profits?
Not at the moment. We look forward to partnering with a non-profit that aligns with our mission of movement, wellness & mental health. If you feel your non-profit might be a good fit please send us an email at daniellamizrahi@yella-activewear.com .
How do I apply to be a brand ambassador?
Please email partnerships@yella-activewear.com and include “Movement Club Ambassador” in the subject line. Additionally, please include your IG handle, brands you have or currently work with and what you’re hoping to achieve as a YELLA ambassador. We’ll take it from there.
Do you offer a discount to content creators, fitness instructors, mental health coaches or therapists?
We do so on a case by case basis. Please email us at hello@yella-activewear.com and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.
What kind of payment does Yella accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also give you the option at checkout to make a purchase through Paypal.
Will my payment information be secure?
Yes, your information is secure. We don’t share or sell your information to 3rd parties.
Where do your fabrics comes from?
We source our fabrics from specialty mills in Italy & Portugal.
How do I care for my YELLA pieces?
We recommend always washing on delicate using cold water. Never use fabric sofetner. Our items are dryer friendly, but for extra-longevity we recommend hang drying.
The mesh always snags, what can I do?
We are working on sourcing an extra durable mesh. Please be sure to avoid too much tugging or pulling under tension. Avoid long nails or sharp objects when putting on.
Can I mix and match my Yella pieces?
We don't have the option to mix-and-match at the moment, but we love our Yella sets. Check out out sets & bundles here.
Can you explain the pricing behind your leggings?
In short, we don't skimp on quality. Our fabrics are sourced from the best mills in Italy and produced in specific factories across Europe that focus on performance. Our goal is always to offer the best prices available without ever compromising on quality.
