EXCHANGE Policy

We offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. With a standard exchange, your new item will ship once the old item is received and assessed. A pre-paid label will be provided via email. Start your exchange by submitting a form below.

RETURN Policy

We are happy to honor a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Start your return by submitting the form below.

All refunds are processed within 5 days upon delivery back to us to the original form of payment with the $9.95 shipping label fee automatically deducted.

All products must be returned with their original packaging, with accessories and poly bags. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way.

Original shipping costs are non- refundable.

Store credit is unable to be converted into a refund once issued.
